As our guests, you'll have access to your own private driveway which can hold 2 average sized vehicles or 1 large truck as well as ample street parking right out front steps from the front door.

During your stay you will have private access to the entire home, front yard, front porch sitting area, and the fully enclosed side patio and backyard.


Located 2 miles from Garden of the Gods, Rock Ledge Ranch, and Red Rocks Open Space, the opportunity to make the most of Colorado living is at your door step. In the summer, enjoy the farmer's market or music in the park events. Step out the back door and listen to Cucuru's or Front Range Barbecue's live music. Walk to La Baguette for freshly baked bread or delicious French onion soup. Grab a coffee at Jive's and check out the local shops.

As its name implies, Old Colorado City is a historic neighborhood about three miles west of Downtown Colorado Springs. Old Colorado City is best known for Colorado Avenue, a quaint thoroughfare lined with brick-built 19th-century commercial buildings. These historic establishments contain art galleries, boutiques, restaurants, and more. Old-fashioned architecture combined with a prominence of local owners makes for a friendly, relaxed atmosphere reminiscent of the Old Wild West.

During the summer, locals flock to Bancroft Park for outdoor concerts and weekly farmers markets. A haven for art aficionados, this vibrant community also hosts monthly art walks involving more than 15 local galleries.
