We book this apartment from 21th oct to 28th oct 2016
on the first day 21th oct the apartment is not Available due to Hong Kong weather the previous customer cannot check out but the owner arrange us to another apartment when we reach Hong Kong on the 21th oct first day , she arrange a three room apartment , we accept it because no choice , we understand .....

second day 22th oct , the owner came and ask we all move out , saying that her customer coming today n she arrange another apartment for us to stay , we thought we are going to the apartment that we book , but very surprised she arrange n let us stay in a Two room apartment that is not we book , the apartment is very old n narrow and the wall didnt repaint , the window is old n rusty , everything is old n dirty, didn't do cleaning before we stay in , she told us the customer that staying at the apartment tat we book didn't want to check out because of the old man siting on Wheelchair n lost the passport  ok no choice we accept n we told her tomorrow we must move in to the apartment where we book , she said ok she go ask them at night or tomorrow morning

Third day 23th oct , the owner came open the door without calling us or knocking on the door , lucky we lock the door from inside , when she came in , she told us , the customer that stay at the apartment that we book can't check out again , we are so angry , cannot like that , we said to her , we also said that if not ask them to move down and we go to the apartment that we book , she told us the old man lost his passport again and not convenient of moving up and down ,  so she said she arrange another apartment for us to stay permanent to replace the apartment we book , we said ok but we must see the apartment first before we move in so we go see first
finally no need to move here and there , we staying in a three room apartment that the owner arrange for us ........
we wasted our time moving here and there with our luggage for this three days ........ WHAT THE GOOD SERVICE SHE PROVIDE US AS A OWNER !!!!!!!!!!!!!
WE move in to the third apartment and we discover that she didn't teach us how to use the tv and the washing machine and the apartment that we stay in don't have toilet roll in the toilet for us
In the end , we call her to teach us how the tv and the washing machine works n ask her bring us some toilet roll but we call a 2 time she didn't ans , we call the third time then she ans and telling us she will ask ppl come up see the washing machine and she will bring bring us some toilet roll
in the end , we need to make the tv works ourself , buy the toilet roll ourselves to claim from her and last thing , we need to waste our time and money to walk to the auto shop that wash clothes de and the same thing is she didn't call us in advance before she come up and open the door !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WHAT A SERVICE SHE HAVE AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hereby saying that this is not the right apartment to stay in , because the owner don't call and she open the door go in the apartment without letting customer know , she so rude and provide bad SERVICE to customer
我們預訂這家酒店從 21 10 月至 2016 年 10 月 28 日 21 oct 公寓是不可用香港天氣以前的客戶不能簽出的第一天,但主人安排我們到另一間公寓,當我們到達香港 21 華僑城第一天,她安排三個房間的公寓,我們接受它,因為別無選擇我們知道,第二天 22 oct,主人來,問我們都搬出去,說她的顧客來今天 n 她安排,我們可住另一間公寓,我們以為我們要去的公寓,我們在這裡預訂,但很驚訝她安排 n 讓我們呆在不是我們預訂、 公寓是很老的 n 狹窄和牆上沒有畫的兩室公寓在視窗是老 n 生銹了,一切都是老 n 髒,沒做清洗之前我們留在她告訴我們,我們住在公寓達書不想檢查由於選址上輪椅 n 失去了這位老人護照  好我們接受的 n 我們告訴她明天我們必須搬進我們到哪裡預訂的公寓沒有選擇客戶她說好她去問他們在晚上或明天早上三天 23 oct,店主前沒有給我們打電話或敲門,幸運的是我們把門鎖打開門從裡面,當她走了進來,她告訴我們,我們預訂的公寓住不能檢查出來,我們的客戶都是這麼生氣不能像這樣我們對她說,我們也說過,如果不是問他們搬來和我們去的公寓,我們的書,她告訴我們,這位老人又弄丟了他的護照和不方便的移動向上和向下, 所以她說她安排另一間公寓,為我們留下永久存在,以取代我們預訂的公寓我們說好的但我們在中移動,所以我們去先看看最後沒有必要移動在這裡和那裡,我們住在主人安排我們......我們浪費我們的時間在這裡和那裡與我們這三天的行李移動三室公寓之前,我們必須首先看到公寓......她什麼良好的服務作為擁有者提供我們!!!
我們搬到第三的公寓,我們發現,她沒教我們如何使用電視和洗衣機和我們呆在公寓沒有衛生紙在廁所裡為我們在結束了,我們叫她來教我們怎麼電視和洗衣機作品 n 會問她給我們帶來一些衛生紙,但我們叫她沒 ans 2 時間我們稱之為第三次,然後她 ans 和告訴我們她會問 ppl 上來看洗衣機和她會帶給我們帶來一些衛生紙中結束了,我們需要自己的電視作品,買衛生間卷自己聲稱從她和最後一件事,我們需要浪費我們的時間和金錢走到洗衣服德和同一件事的汽車店是她不給我們打提前之前她上來了,開門!!!
她又有什麼服務!!!

我現說,這不正確的公寓住宿,因為擁有者不叫,她打開門進去的公寓沒有讓客戶知道,她如此粗魯和向客戶提供服務差

This unit location very near you ma tei MTR station. Nearest got seven eleven,behind this apartment got night market. Location very nice for stay & travelling.

This is not a place for you to stay if you cannot speak Chinese/Cantonese. Baby Tsang cannot speak English and it is a struggle just to tell her that you are already waiting for her to pick you up at meeting place. The place is as it looks like in the pictures, except the wifi is not in the unit itself. It may be shared by a number of other residents in the very very old building. You barely get any wifi connection. The worst part of this experience is the host will just enter the place with no notice, - DOES NOT EVEN KNOCK ON THE DOOR BEFORE SHE ENTERS!! On our 2nd day she came in and had 2 pakistani guys bringing in pieces of furnitures while we were having our dinner! No courtesy or even excuse! Very rude and uncivilized! I had to ask them to leave and stop whatever they were doing. During the whole 4 days we stayed there, she would also go inside the place even when we were not there. That should not be allowed as we paid for the place and that includes the privacy of having the place for our own without the host going inside anytime she wants without even telling us. DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY WHO VALUES THEIR PRIVACY.
